**MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT** Beautiful, well maintained and immaculately clean. Chuck & Lisa We rented this cabin for our honeymoon in October 2013 (sorry for the tardiness in leaving a review) and words cannot express how much we enjoyed it! Right away I noticed the fresh mountain air with the smell of Cedar trees and a hint of something sweet. If you have any problems or questions, call the office at 606-668-3272.
The kitchen is amazingly well-stocked; we brought stuff we ended up not needing at all (after reading previous reviews). After you have the Resort Map printed out, click on the Resort Maps button in the top left hand column of this page and Google from your house to the Resort Office. Pass a small pond on your right then take the first road on your left (across from the broken down jeep).
Offering all the modern amenities such as a hot tub, wi-fi, fireplace, outdoor fire pit, this gorgeous property will not let you down.
This beautifully constructed 'shack' will be the home base for your romantic gorge getaway.
Located right outside of Ciffview Resort and located within minutes from the Red River Gorge Zipline, Natural Bridge State Park, Muir Valley and the Red River Gorge itself. Just minutes away from Natural Bridge and Miguel's Pizza.
Hikers Retreat is a small, one bedroom cabin with one bathroom, kitchen, living room and loft with a futon. Prior to our trip we were concerned about the loft being too hot, but the kids slept in the loft and they said it was fine.
Inside the cabin there is a folder with brochures, maps and information about the endless number of things to do in the area like hiking, canoeing and browsing the local gift shops.
**MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT** My husband and I got married at Chimney Top Rock (My Tiny Wedding) in May of 2014.After you have the Resort Map printed out, click on the Resort Maps button in the top left hand column of this page and Google from your house to the Resort Office. Then take the first road to the right that will turn to gravel. Continue on gravel road until you see "Living on the Edge" sign on the right (Day Dreamers sign isn't up yet).Turn right and Day Dreamer is the cabin on the right.Since this cabin has two queen bedrooms, it is great for a single couple, two couples, two singles, or a family of three or four. The open concept living/kitchen/dining areas separate the bedrooms with attached bathrooms for added privacy. There is a covered deck to sit and enjoy your days in the peace of nature, and in the late evenings you can rest after a long day of hiking and climbing in front of the fireplace, reminiscing of the day's adventures. The open kitchen area is so practical, as I like to take food with us and do a lot of cooking. The road getting to the cabin could use a little work, but other than that we would highly recommned this cabin for a peaceful getaway. No matter how you plan to find us, please print out the written directions and bring them with you as a backup. If you have any trouble, please call us and we’ll be happy to help.
